Segovia

Tonight we're staying in Segovia. Segovia has three interesting features. Primarily, it contains the largest Roman ruins outside of Italy - this enormous aqueduct.

The second site of interest is the cathedral in the middle of town. It's big. It's cool. They charge 4 Euro to go in, but the ticket office is inside, where you can already see everything. They need to re-think that.

Finally, there's the Alcazar de Segovia (the Castle). The old city of Segovia is surrounded by the city walls. On one end you have the aqueduct, and if you follow them around, you run smack into the castle. There's a big huge (empty) moat surrounding it that is probably 200 feet deep.

So yeah, we basically saw a ton of historical sites today and walked a bazillion miles. Only managed to get lost a few times, which is better than average ;)
